Withdrawals: You may request withdrawals of your available funds at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 business hours. You agree to provide accurate banking information and are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing large withdrawals to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Fees and Charges

Bizmax may charge management fees, performance fees, or other fees as disclosed in our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice. All fees are deducted from your account balance automatically.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Harass, threaten, or defame other users

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZMAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Bizmax' total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding our services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizmax, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these terms.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws. Upon termination, we will return your remaining account balance within 30 days, less any outstanding fees or liabilities.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizmax operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

Bizmax reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
